    Apple Pay, Google Pay, Credit and Debit Cards and Most European Payment Methods accepted thru Stripe. We do not require an account. You just need to enter your name and address and choose payment method that suits you.

    If an order doesn’t arrive or match the description, we’ll reimburse the full cost of eligible purchases and paid shipping costs.

  • Shipping

    Shipping at Gone Vintage

    All orders are shipped within 2 business days after payment. Parcels are insured in case of a damage. Simply take a photo at the Post Office so we can claim the cost. Post Company will do an internal check and You will receive your money back.  

    Expedited shipping service is used to make sure you get your pen or pencil on time. Please note there could be some delays due to numerous reasons and we have no influence over the delivery time once the parcel is posted.

    Example:

    You have chosen a pencil and a pen. After clicking PayPal Checkout button, you have paid using your Credit Card. Parcel is then being carefully prepared for shipping. You receive an order update email, containing the tracking number. Fast, simple and easy.

    Buyer Protection

    If the parcel arrives damaged or empty, keep calm and simply take photos as soon as you open it at the Post Office

    Examples

    You bought a pen and a curious Customs employee checked the nib leaving the pen uncapped. The nib has been bent and the pen itself ruined. Take a photo and send it to us. A claim will promptly be established and you'll get your money back.

    Returns

    If for any reason you are not happy with the pen or pencil you bought, you can return it for a refund. Simply send it back to us and after a quick inspection you'll get your money back, less original shipping.

    If you benefited from a Free Shipping promo campaign, a $9.00 postage fee fill be deducted from your total order.
