Vintage lead holder ( mechanical pencil ) "KIMEK" - 143 - made in USSR 1970s
Vintage lead holder Kimek 143.
Kimek factory, back in 1960s was responcible for the pens and pencils Soviet Russia used in their Space Program. There is a Space Museum near the town where Kimek factory was once based.
Massive barrel - see picture compared to ordinary mechanical pencil. Red - Burgundy color. Signed" ????? ????? 151". Russian language. Green lead. 6 mm diameter - probably used in construction / building factory / site. Sign of storage and time. Really hard to find in this condition. Please, see the pictures.
